Reused Remade
We're excited to announce our partnership with Reused Remade, a pioneering initiative that allows us to give new life to worn-out hotel textiles by transforming them into new products. To our knowledge, we are the first hotel-company to do this, entirely, by upcycling our own towels and bedlinen.

The Company
Reused Remade, a Swedish company, specializes in upcycling worn-out hotel textiles by cutting, printingprinting, and stitching beautiful and functional products for everyday use where each product is unique. They only work with stitching factories and printing facilities that undergoes annual audits to guarantee that they follow ethical and fair production practices.
Compared to virgin or recycled material our pre-used textiles make better working conditions in factories. That is because the textile have already been washed during their first life so most of theof the harmful lint and chemicals are gone.
Where others see trash, this company see sheer beauty that they can turn into something new; like bags, headbands and makeup pads out of discarded hotel linen.

The Quantity
We have turned 19 tons of existing textiles (towels and bed linens), from our hotels, into 145.000 pieces of new durable products.
It makes us very proud to be a part of making the world a more sustainable place!

Global Goals
By working with Reused Remade and creating these products we positively contribute to the UN 2030 Agenda and four of the UNDP’s Sustainable Development Goals:
• Clean Water and Sanitation
• Decent Work and Economic Growth
• Responsible Consumption and Production
• Life Below Water

Reduction of the Environmental Footprint
By using upcycled textiles, Reused Remade succeeds in conserving resources such as land, water, chemicals, energy, and CO2.
Compared to other sustainable materials like recycled textiles, recycled plastics, and eco-friendly cotton, which only conserve a few of these resources, upcycled textiles are the best choice for reducing the environmental footprint.
The Products
